Love and sparkles xxx

I have been broadening my make-up spectrum lately, and I have been experimenting with a few new products. I only started using a primer under my foundation/tinted moisturiser recently (Shoot Me!). My skin hasn’t been that great due to a sudden breakout that left a few scars, so I was on the lookout for a product to add some radiance to my sometimes dull complexion. Needless to say when I saw the glittery Stila One Step Illuminate I was interested. The only thing I was concerned about was that it must not add a bronzing effect. So when I asked the sales lady to describe the product to me she said “It gives you that J-Lo Glow!” To me that means luminescent healthy looking skin.
So does the:
With my experience it does. My skin appeared healthier and radiant.
The swirly solution is made up of three colours which blend into each other:
-Pale pink – Aims to warm your complexion.
-Champagne – Adds that shimmer and highlights your skin.
-Kitten – This is the Glow factor as this brightens and illuminates the skin.
The first time I just used it under my normal moisturiser, what I liked is that it wasn’t oily because my current moisturiser is quite nourishing. My skin didn’t Glow like J-lo, but there was that hint of radiance.
I then proceeded to use it with my tinted moisturiser I mixed the moisturiser with the primer instead of using it as a base, and I loved the result. My skin looked amazeballs (sorry I just wanted to use that word).
It can also be used as a highlighter, on your cheekbones and brow bone.
Apart from its aesthetic appeal, the product contains “Stila's Youth Revival Bio-Available Mineral Complex” which benefits boasts anti-ageing properties as well as skin hydration and minimizing of pores and fine lines.
I love a product that has multiple uses, so this is definitely a winner for me.
Here’s to always Glowing Like J-Lo
